Education and Client Resources
Jake Glover, who came to IDEA in late 2013, completed his undergraduate degree at Manhattan Christian College, his master’s degree at Fort Hays State University, and his Ph.D. in higher education administration-student personnel at Kansas State University. Jake was drawn to IDEA because its mission is very much his life focus—he desires to help improve teaching and learning in the broadest scope possible. Jake’s years of working with faculty development in a teaching and learning center and as an adjunct instructor have given him a great appreciation for the insight and data the IDEA system provides for individual faculty as well as for leaders seeking continuous improvement in curriculum and academic programs. Jake anticipates working directly with clients to make the most of their investment in IDEA. He enjoys people and loves seeing good ideas spread from one place to another, one of the core benefits of being part of the IDEA family. In his spare time, Jake enjoys being with his seven children, experiencing life to the fullest, and making new friends.
