IDEA Impact Grants

For more than 40 years, IDEA has positively impacted lives at colleges and universities throughout the United States and abroad. Faculty, department chairs, administrators, and students have all benefited from our teaching, learning, and leadership assessment tools, as well as our robust research and thought leadership.

True to our nonprofit mission of improving student learning in higher education through analytics, resources, and advice, we are supporting new knowledge in teaching, and learning, campus climate, and related research through our IDEA Impact Grants.

2018-2019 Impact Grants Awards Announcement

IDEA is pleased to announce this year’s Impact Grants totaling nearly $18,000 to two higher education institutions that will be implementing their research-focused projects over the next two years.

  • University of Florida with a project titled: Using Micro-Incentives to Increase Instructor Evaluation Completion Rates
  • University of North Carolina – Greensboro with a project titled: Standardized SRIs and Structured Peer Review for Online Learning

IDEA looks forward to the direct impact these projects will have on student learning and faculty success at their institutions, and on IDEA's ability to provide guidance to higher education professionals through the knowledge gained from these grants.
